1. Partnership Agreement

By registering as a technician ("Partner") with RepairMantra, you agree to provide services in a professional manner, adhering to the quality standards set by the platform.

2. Service Quality

• Partners must use genuine spare parts.
• A 30-day warranty on service and parts must be provided to customers.
• Partners must behave professionally with customers.

3. Payments & Commissions

RepairMantra charges a commission on every successful lead/order. Payouts are processed weekly. Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of pending dues.

4. KYC Verification

Partners must provide valid Aadhaar and PAN cards. RepairMantra reserves the right to reject applications with mismatching or unclear documents.

5. Termination

RepairMantra reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Partner's account for violation of these terms, poor customer feedback, or inactivity.
