Terms and Conditions(सेवा अभियंता अटी व नियम)

सेवा अभियंता अटी:

फॉर्म भरताना दिलेली सर्व माहिती खरी आणि अचूक असावी.
आधार कार्ड, फोटो आणि इतर कागदपत्रांची पडताळणी मंजुरीपूर्वी कंपनी करू शकते.
प्रत्येक यशस्वी सेवा पूर्ण झाल्यावर १५% कमिशन RepairMantra कडून आकारले जाईल.
सेवा शुल्क कंपनीच्या निश्चित दर मर्यादेत असावे; अनधिकृत दर लावल्यास खाते बंद केले जाऊ शकते.
ग्राहक भेटीदरम्यान व्यावसायिक वागणूक, वेळेची पाळणी आणि स्वच्छता राखणे आवश्यक आहे.
काम वाटप हे तुमचे स्थान, उपलब्धता, कौशल्य आणि मागील रेटिंगवर आधारित असेल.
सेवा देण्यासाठी स्वतःची साधने सोबत ठेवावीत आणि गुणवत्तेची जबाबदारी अभियंत्याची असेल.
सतत तक्रारी मिळाल्यास किंवा वाईट वागणूक आढळल्यास खाते बंद करण्यात येईल.
ग्राहकांची माहिती गोपनीय ठेवावी; गैरवापर केल्यास कायदेशीर कारवाई होऊ शकते.
धोरणाचे उल्लंघन झाल्यास कोणतीही पूर्वसूचना न देता खाते निष्क्रिय करण्याचा कंपनीला अधिकार आहे.
ग्राहकांनी फक्त RepairMantra कडून पाठवलेल्या अधिकृत पेमेंट लिंकद्वारेच पेमेंट करावे. रोख रक्कम किंवा थेट ट्रान्सफर मान्य नाही.

Service Engineer Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate and truthful information while filling the registration form.
RepairMantra may verify your Aadhaar card, photo, and any documents submitted before approving your profile.
A flat 15% commission will be charged by RepairMantra on each successful paid job assigned through the platform.
Service charges must be within the suggested pricing range defined by RepairMantra; overpricing is not allowed.
You are expected to behave professionally, be punctual, and maintain hygiene and politeness during customer visits.
Job allocation depends on your location, availability, skillset, and service ratings by previous customers.
You must carry your own tools and ensure service quality; RepairMantra does not provide tools or spares.
Repeated customer complaints, poor feedback, or unprofessional behavior may lead to suspension or removal.
Any misuse or sharing of customer personal data will be treated as a serious violation and may lead to legal action.
RepairMantra reserves the full right to deactivate or terminate your account without prior notice in case of any policy breach.
Customers will pay only via official payment link sent by RepairMantra. No cash or direct transfer allowed.
